- Content you create — items, locations, categories, and photos you add to your inventory
- Usage data — crash reports and basic analytics to improve the app (via Sentry)
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or any data unrelated to the app's core functionality.

We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the Heapr service
- Authenticate your account and sync your data across devices
- Diagnose crashes and improve app stability
- Communicate with you about your account or service updates
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with row-level security policies ensuring that only you can access your own data. Photos are stored in secure cloud storage. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
- With service providers that help us operate the app (hosting, error tracking)
- When required by law or to protect our legal rights
Your Rights
You can:
- Access and export your data at any time through the app
- Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us

Children's Privacy
Heapr is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
